It provides $750 million in funding for federal red flag laws $250 million for Community Based Violence Intervention Programs, a billion dollars in mental health services, which includes community behavioral health centers, telehealth services, suicide prevention, school based trauma and mental health support and provider training. So what is this bill? And a nutshell, it is the most significant federal gun control legislation to be passed in nearly 30 years.
